Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Bnzsa. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for calling English-speaking companies and speaking to the IT managers to gather information and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling English-speaking companies to gather information and generate leads
  • Speaking to IT managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Working with sales experts to set up meetings and generate leads

Requirements:

  • Native level of English
  • High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
  • Experience working in a phone-based role
  • Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
  • Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)

What We Offer:

  • Permanent contract
  • Monthly salary
  • Uncapped commission system

Working Timetable:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
