Luxury Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role on the sales floor, driving boutique sales and achieving objectives by working on individual KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, both in and outside the boutique, particularly at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives, leveraging all available tools and resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on opportunities to grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and DNA in an inspiring way, highlighting advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations, respecting retail and administrative processes on the sales floor.
