The Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) to join our fast-growing Sales Team. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature.

Your Responsibilities

* Research and prospect for new clients in the French Market* Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints* Present our solution to a range of people, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers* Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract* Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline* Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events* Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders* Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop* Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth

Your Qualifications

* Native level of French + good level of English (both written and spoken)* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR* A 'No excuses' attitude: success depends on individual effort* Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day* Proactivity: actively proposes value-creating solutions and is not afraid of mistakes* Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
