The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our DACH market team. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective TravelPerk customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join our fresh but seasoned Sales Team, be part of a fun and collaborative culture, and have substantial professional development possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches;
- Qualify leads during phone calls, engage them, and schedule further consultations on the account director's calendar;
- Understand target prospects' needs and articulate the value that TravelPerk provides;
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce;
- Acquire expert knowledge of TravelPerk;
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of TravelPerk and improve lead qualification processes;
- Conduct high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFOs, or Travel Managers to explain the TravelPerk Value Proposition.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written;
- Native German speaker with high fluency in English;
- Ability to build credibility over the phone with prospects;
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle;
- Goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance;
- Hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound;
- Able to work as an individual contributor, considering teamwork;
- Customer-centric mindset;
- Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads;
- Legal authorization to work in Spain.
