We seek an ambitious Sales Executive (m/w/d) who will be instrumental in driving our sales team's success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, particularly during your first year
  • Conducting thorough research and prospecting new clients across various international markets
  • Executing outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to engage potential customers
  • Presenting our solution to a diverse range of individuals, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
  • Demonstrating our platform's capabilities to qualified prospects through live presentations
  • Negotiating contracts with potential clients from demo to signature
  • Forecasting sales revenue, ensuring transparency into your deal pipeline
  • Acting as a champion for our solution, participating in trade shows and public events
  • Collaborating with SDRs and the entire sales team in a feedback loop

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the sales process and drive growth through proactive proposals, strategies, and campaigns.

Your qualifications should include:

  • An exceptional level of English and native fluency in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • A 'no excuses' attitude, understanding that your success relies on your individual effort
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to continuously improve
  • Proactivity, proposing value-added solutions without hesitation
  • Flexibility, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
