">As a Commercial Director Spain, you will be responsible for managing various outpatient eye centers in Spain efficiently and smoothly. Your key tasks will include:
">- Temporary management of centers to identify and develop local center management
">- Coordinating with senior physicians to develop strategies for growth, considering surgical practice requirements
">- Ensuring outstanding treatment quality and positive patient experiences through process optimization and quality management
">- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for further growth, collaborating with the central Sanoptis marketing team
">- Leading and developing a team of local center managers to create a dynamic work environment
">- Producing comprehensive reports on site performance metrics, progress, and challenges
">- Identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities, including new facility development and acquisition support
">- Establishing innovative treatment methods to strengthen Sanoptis' portfolio companies as pioneers in refractive eye surgery in Spain
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should possess:
">- A degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., nursing staff, opticians, or optometrists with extensive management experience)
">- Several years of experience in a management position, preferably in the healthcare sector (ophthalmology, clinic management, or operations management)
">- Strong knowledge of process optimization and patient management
">- Ability to manage challenges in a dynamic environment paired with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
">- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
">- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
">- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in billing and financial analysis
">- Local flexibility within Spain and willingness to travel
">- Business fluency in Spanish and English
">- Reliable, careful, and precise working style, with ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
