Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience. A highly competitive salary package is complemented by an annual performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance goals.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director Spain to lead the efficient and smooth management of various outpatient eye centers in Spain. Key responsibilities include:

  • Temporary management position within various centers in the first year of employment to identify and develop local center management
  • Regular coordination with senior physicians to develop strategies for achieving growth targets, taking into account specific requirements of surgical practice
  • Ensuring outstanding treatment quality and positive patient experience through continuous process optimization and quality management measures
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for further growth in close collaboration with central Sanoptis marketing team
  • Leveraging analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in billing and financial analysis, to drive business growth and profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a management position, ideally in the healthcare sector (ophthalmology, clinic management, or operations management)
  • Sound knowledge of process optimization and patient management
  • Ability to manage challenges in a dynamic and fast-growing environment paired with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
