The Strategic Business Growth Lead will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through strategic engagement with new clients. This role focuses on expanding Enghouse Interactive's market share by establishing and cultivating relationships, building a qualified pipeline of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thought leadership, presenting compelling solutions and insights that create demand for Enghouse products and services.

About the Role

This hybrid role is based in Madrid and reports to the Director of Sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting company services and solutions to drive growth in the Spanish market through external relationships and networks
  • Developing an executable strategy for specific pipeline development that supports assigned sales goals
  • Anticipating customers' requirements and possible challenges – making our customers successful
  • Driving sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline
  • Engaging in all phases of the sales lifecycle, from identifying and developing leads to closing deals

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of solution selling experience in the Contact Center Software marketplace. Consistently exceeding revenue and quota targets is essential, as well as knowledge of the fundamentals of the Contact Center industry and familiarity with industry leaders and competitors.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary: €75,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
