Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Consultant to join our team at Mastercard. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in business strategy, consulting, and project management.

About the Role

As a Strategic Business Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for leading client engagements across various industries, developing strategies and programs to unlock client value, and owning key relationships with client stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead client engagements across multiple industries, leveraging data and technology solutions to drive business growth.
  2. Develop comprehensive strategies and programs for large clients, incorporating data-driven insights and execution.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing their needs, culture, and change readiness.
  4. Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions, and build intellectual capital.
  5. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, coaching, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities, draft proposals, and scope new projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm.
  • Relevant industry expertise.
  • MBA or master's degree with specialization.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
