About the Role
At Kyndryl, we're committed to designing, building, and managing mission-critical technology systems that drive global progress. As our Alliances Business Development Lead for Spain and Portugal, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our service signings and revenue. You'll collaborate closely with our esteemed alliance partners, leveraging their cutting-edge technologies to co-create industry-revolutionizing offerings. Your strategic insight, combined with business expertise and technical skills, will drive the adoption of our services globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Work proactively with partners and Kyndryl to identify and create new opportunities, exploring the market for new alliances and emerging companies.
- Alliance Management: Build and manage business plans with strategic partners, addressing requests and issues, and overseeing contractual and operational requirements.
- Practice & Client Alignment: Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
- Talent & Training: Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
- Configuration and Order: Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
- Finance & Billing: Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.
