About the Role: As a Head of Sales B2B, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. You'll build strong relationships with large clients and partners, negotiating deals and contracts that solidify Ukio's reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, setting and communicating sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

About You: We're looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Your expertise in real estate and relocation will be invaluable in driving our growth strategy.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
