Business Development Representative

At Anteriad, we are a B2B sales and marketing agency dedicated to changing the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Spain.
About the RoleThe primary function of this role is to establish connections with IT managers from Swedish companies through phone calls, gathering information, and setting up meetings between them and our clients' sales representatives. This involves speaking with key decision-makers around the globe, generating leads, and building professional networks.
To ensure success in this position, we provide an extensive four-week onboarding process, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as an Anteriad BDR.
Key Responsibilities- Gather information by asking relevant questions on IT-related topics during phone calls with Swedish IT managers
- Set up meetings between IT managers and our clients' sales representatives
- Work closely with sales experts from leading technology brands like Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish
- High level of English language skills
- Desirable: High level of Danish or Norwegian language skills
- Experience working in a phone-based role (a plus)
- Target-driven mentality and a can-do attitude
- Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)
As an Anteriad BDR, you will benefit from:
- Monthly salary: approximately €20,100 - €24,000 per year
