The Role - Sales Director

In this exciting opportunity, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition across multiple sales channels, including telesales, indirect sales, and business alliances. Your focus will be on:

  • • Growing our customer base and related service solutions
    • Identifying opportunities to improve sales channel effectiveness and productivity
    • Collaborating with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
    • Continuously reviewing sales price discipline to maintain margins and ensure market intelligence
    • Adjusting sales structures to align with customer preferences

Sales Enablement

You will also be responsible for ensuring we have a strong sales foundation to support growth, including developing metrics, tools, processes, coaching, and cadences. Leadership and direction will be provided to sales teams to ensure they add value and support growth. You will work closely with the General Manager and departmental leads to engage and develop long-term sales strategies aligned with execution.

What We Look For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • • A minimum of 15 years of sales and management experience
    • Demonstrable experience in security-alarm monitoring industry as Sales Director
    • Demonstrable experience in telecoms market as Sales Director
    • Experience managing or matrix direction to a distributed sale organization in various sales structures (Telesales / Field / Alliances)
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management and experience in a cross-functional matrix reporting structure
    • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
    • Experience in national and multinational working environments
    • Ability to understand and leverage cultural and market differences
    • Gravitas and credibility to influence senior stakeholders
    • Preferred - Bachelor's degree, Engineering and/or Business
    • Mandatory – The ability to communicate in Spanish and English

Salary and Benefits

This is a highly competitive salary position that offers a total remuneration package ranging from €120,000 to €180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include job stability, training, professional development opportunities, and an excellent work environment.
