Job Overview: Triodos Bank is seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth and impact of our Spanish operations as Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the bank's global strategy into a country-specific plan, driving national results, and representing the bank externally.

The Role: As Managing Director, you will be accountable for delivering national results, managing a team of over 100 colleagues, and overseeing the commercial offices across Spain. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing the country-specific business plan, ensuring alignment with the bank's global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the country-specific business plan, aligned with the bank's global strategy
  • Drive national results, including revenue growth and impact targets
  • Manage a team of over 100 colleagues, including direct reports and indirect staff
  • Oversee commercial offices across Spain, ensuring effective management and customer service
  • Represent the bank externally, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in a leadership position, preferably within a financial services organization. You should have a strong understanding of the Spanish market, as well as experience in driving business growth and development. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.

What We Offer: In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and life insurance.
