Job SummaryThis role is focused on developing corporate sales and promoting our all-inclusive resorts as premier destinations for travel agencies and Meetings & Events collaborators. As a key member of our team, you will implement and deploy sales strategies to meet revenue targets, showcasing Club Med's unique offerings to agencies clients and event planners.
Key Responsibilities- SUPPORT TO B2B AND MICE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: Provide assistance in developing corporate sales and promoting our all-inclusive resorts as premier destinations for travel agencies and Meetings & Events collaborators.
- MANAGE KEY TRAVEL AGENCIES ACCOUNTS: Ensure partner satisfaction and continued growth by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- PREPARE QUOTES, PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS: Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for individual and group sales, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- DATA ENTRY OF ENQUIRIES, SALES LEADS, OPPORTUNITIES & ACCOUNT INTO SALESFORCE: Accurately enter data into Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.
- GROUP INFORMATION FILES FOR UPCOMING DEPARTURES: Prepare group information files for upcoming departures, ensuring all necessary details are included.
- EXPERIENCE: 5 years in the Travel Industry or MICE sector.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- CUSTOMER ORIENTATION: Proactive focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- TIMELY COMMUNICATION: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations at all levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- MICE INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with key players, events, and trends within the Meeting & Events industry is a plus.
- TECH: Experience with Salesforce is a plus, as well as presentation and data analysis tools (Power BI).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Additional languages are a plus.

Salary Range: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum
