Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our team at Las Rozas Village in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all clients.
  • Conducting daily security stock counts and maintaining the store's inventory levels.
  • Achieving individual sales targets while promoting and selling our luxury products.
  • Maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Highly developed customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
  • A disability certificate will be positively valued.

Professional Requirements

You will also require:

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Proficiency in English; any additional languages are welcome.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can expect a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
