We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Payroll Manager to join our team in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day payroll operations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services according to in-house requirements and outsourced services provided.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Spanish payroll and payroll tax processes, excellent research and problem-solving skills, and intermediate knowledge of Excel (V lookups and pivot tables). Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, with knowledge of another European language being beneficial.
This role involves owning the day-to-day processing operation, handling relationships between departments, businesses, and outsourcing partners, and supervising outsourced partner performance. The successful candidate will also utilize HRIS Workday, prepare input and output for payroll sign-off by the Payroll Manager, provide payroll and reporting support, and liaise with collaborators and business partners internally and externally.
In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package of €50,000 per annum, commensurate with industry standards for a senior payroll manager in Spain. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development within a multinational organization, a dynamic work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
