Daarnaast ben je een goede teamspeler.Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een troef.Werkervaring met SAP HR is een pluspunt.Welke taak kan je verwachten?Op basis van jouw expertise zal je kwalitatieve (payroll en/of post-payroll gerelateerde) processen uitvoeren voor jouw klant(en) op hun SAP systeem.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse voorbereiding en afhandeling van de payrollrun, conform wetgeving en interne procedures.Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale verwerking van post payroll taken, waaronder alle RSZ-taken na loonberekeningen vallen; (DMFA, finprof belcotax, enz.).Je werkt nauw samen met de HR-afdeling van je klant en ondersteunt en begeleidt hen bij payroll- en post-payrollgerelateerde vragen en/of problemen.Met de ondersteuning van onze backoffice-experts moet je de wettelijke richtlijnen (payroll/post-payroll) begrijpen en toepassen en je klant adviseren en begeleiden over nieuwe relevante regelgeving en updates.Je herkent en stelt optimalisaties voor en bouwt zo aan een sterke partnerschapsrelatie met je klant.Je zorgt ook voor periodieke en klantspecifieke rapportering.Een van je prioriteiten is om proactief en klantgericht te zijn in het onderhouden van uitstekende klantrelaties.Vanuit vele plaatsen werken we als één, samen op weg van beter naar best.SD Worx SAP Solutions leeft diversiteit op de werkvloer.
