Results-Driven LATAM Spanish Account Manager for Global Customer Experience

**Job Description:**
Cross Border Talents is a leading global provider of top-class customer experience, seeking a highly skilled LATAM Spanish speaking Account Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary resource for sales teams and work as a key advisor, helping them build, maintain, and advance sales stages/pipeline and meet opportunity closure ratios.
- Closed deals on target accounts within designated regions and leads generated through the SMB team, attaining/overachieving assigned targets.
- Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts with a focus on achieving growth through upsell or introducing net new solutions into accounts in the territory.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels, with demonstrated ability in cold calling.
- Excellent customer support skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- English (B2) is required, and LATAM Spanish native language is essential, with the ability to demonstrate command of product knowledge and various applications of the product.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: between 1560 to 1800 EUR x 14 gross per year (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 splitted in Summer and Christmas).
