We are seeking an energetic and seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our ambitious expansion into the exciting LATAM market.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who can identify and pursue new business opportunities that boost revenue and brand recognition in LATAM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the LATAM iGaming world and a proven track record of securing lucrative partnerships in the Casino industry.

Salary

The company is offering a competitive salary range of $3000 to $5000 per month, plus 2% commission on all new business. A 13th month's salary is contemplated as a bonus, taking into reference the most lucrative month. This position is fully remote from LATAM.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that boost revenue and brand recognition in LATAM
  • Forging strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, championing the company's values and goals
  • Spearheading negotiations and contracts with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Staying ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators
  • A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector
  • Preferably based in Brazil
  • A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish skills as a plus
  • A deep understanding of the LATAM gaming market
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Strong self-management and reporting skills
  • A positive, honest attitude that fits the open company culture
