Director of Regional Sales Development

In the vibrant real estate sector, we are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the challenging role of Director of Regional Sales Development. As a key member of our team at Tm Grupo Inmobiliario, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Minimum Qualifications- A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
