Tm Grupo Inmobiliario busca un director de ventas experimentado con sólidas habilidades para liderar el equipo de ventas en la industria inmobiliaria. Se requiere experiencia extensa en ventas inmobiliarias, habilidades de liderazgo excelentes y pasión por brindar servicios al cliente.
Descripción del trabajo:
El director de ventas y desarrollo regional será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas regionales para lograr objetivos comerciales. Esto incluye supervisar y entregar la estrategia de ventas y marketing, construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, desarrolladores e inversionistas, y participar en eventos industriales, conferencias y oportunidades de networking para promocionar la empresa.
Responsabilidades clave:
• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas regionales para lograr objetivos comerciales.
• Supervisar y entregar la estrategia de ventas y marketing.
• Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, desarrolladores e inversionistas.
• Participar en eventos industriales, conferencias y oportunidades de networking para promocionar la empresa.
Calificaciones:
• Experiencia mínima de 5-7 años en ventas inmobiliarias, con al menos 3 años en un rol de liderazgo.
• Récord probado de alcanzar o superar metas de ventas en un entorno regional o multilocal.
• Comprensión sólida de dinámicas del mercado inmobiliario, principios de inversión y desarrollo de propiedades.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación excelentes.
Compensación:
Ofrecemos un salario competitivo que ronda los $120,000 anuales, más comisiones basadas en desempeño.
