About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will join our dynamic team as a B2B customer service agent. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support via multiple channels, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently process customer requests.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
What You'll Need
  • Fluency in French (native level) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary: €10,740 (€895 gross / month) + up to €1,200 performance bonus.
  • Meal vouchers: €7.23 per workday.
