Technical Support Representative

Salary PackageWe offer an attractive salary package, including a competitive salary of € 35,000 - 40,000 per year, as well as a bonus system that rewards performance. You will also enjoy discounts on gym memberships and language courses.
Daily ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Support Representative, your daily work will include:
- Assisting customers through various channels, such as phone calls, chats, and emails;
- Identifying customer issues, handling complaints, and providing solutions and alternatives;
- Collaborating with other agents or teams to resolve complex cases;
- Documenting each action taken in a CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To speak and write Dutch at a native level and be fluent in English (B2);
- Experience in customer support and technology;
- A good understanding of computer handling skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and communication skills.
