Cross Border Talents is a dynamic company that specializes in music and audiovisual technology. We are committed to delivering excellent customer service to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary package based on experience and performance. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role, and be fluent in Italian with a solid command of English. The successful candidate will also possess advanced knowledge of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, providing efficient solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call management system, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Keep up-to-date with our services and products to better assist customers
  • Escalate any service issues to senior team members as necessary
  • Collaborate on team projects and cover for colleagues when needed
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Fulfill administrative duties, including tracking holiday and sickness records
