About the Role
We are looking for a proven sales professional who speaks the language of finance teams, understanding what keeps them up at night, what financial products they use, working capital/cash seasonality, or any other theme relevant to them. As a UK Finance Account Executive, you will manage both short cycle and long cycle sales (typically from 2-4 months). Embat is a game-changer for these finance teams, so you should be able to successfully articulate our value proposition to CFOs, Head of Finance, Treasurers, or similar decision makers, which sometimes could be other C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
Understand the needs of finance teams regarding treasury management and articulate the value that Embat brings to them. Manage inbound leads and the entire sales & retention process for mid and large-size businesses, typically interacting with their finance teams. Generate your own leads through targeted outbound campaigns. Expertly manage multiple stakeholders and multitask. Communicate effectively with C-level executives and senior managers (CFOs, Head of Finance, Head of Treasury, etc.). Become a product expert, working closely with our Product team to identify clients' pain points and priorities to inform and influence the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a perseverant individual who can find a professional and engaging way of keeping the dialogue open. You should have 4+ years of experience in customer-related roles (sales and/or client relationship management) and understanding of B2B software solutions and finance. You should be a team player, with a 'we' approach. You should be a doer, not a dreamer. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. You should have experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferably). Experience selling B2B SaaS software for finance departments is a must. Experience in startup environments is also required.
