Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at ZeptoLab. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing our ZeptoCulture by crafting and rolling out innovative HR programs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Support the HR Team: Provide guidance and support to the HR team, helping them grow in their roles and become more effective in their work.
  2. Develop Learning and Development Programs: Design and implement learning and development programs for managers, focusing on skill-building, leadership development, and professional growth.
  3. Improve HR Processes: Identify areas for improvement in key HR areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
  4. Create an HR and People Strategy: Develop an HR and people strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and objectives.
  5. Use HR Analytics and Metrics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform important decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize HR processes.
  6. Oversee HR Functions: Ensure that HR functions are implemented consistently across different countries, adhering to local laws and regulations.
  7. Implement HR Automation Tools: Leverage HR automation tools and AI technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams of five or more, promoting teamwork, and achieving results.
  2. HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major HR areas, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
  3. HR Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Lead, or HR Director.
  4. International Experience: Experience working in international and multicultural tech companies with a workforce of 60-300 employees.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
  6. Drive and Energy: A high level of energy and drive to challenge the norm, embrace change, and improve processes.
  7. Goal-Setting: Experience in setting OKRs and strategic goals for the HR department.

  1. Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  2. Game Development Experience: Experience working in the Game Development industry, with a good understanding of the industry's culture and vibe.
  3. Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Spanish employment and labor laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
