Job Summary

The HR Director for Socialpoint at Zynga will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence. Reporting to the Vice President, HRBP NA & Europe, this leader will oversee the HRBP team and collaborate closely with Workplace Services, Business Operations, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on HR initiatives and employee lifecycle management.
  • Lead the implementation of new people processes and policies, ensuring seamless onboarding, administration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and own the employee lifecycle framework, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, performance management, learning and development, social activities, and reward cycles.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, CoEs, Business Operations, and teams across Zynga and Take Two to drive successful process rollouts and policy evolution.
  • Own the people operations roadmap and strategy for Socialpoint/Barcelona, aligning with business objectives and driving growth, innovation, and improvement.
  • Utilize surveys and people data to inform recommendations for new interventions and projects, collaborating with HRBPs.
  • Ensure a connected and hybrid working environment across all offices, enabling collaboration and high performance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and global employment laws, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with a managerial position leading one or more HR functions/teams.
  • Experience in managing HR operations within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment law compliance.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to connect and support stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, distributed HR teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven analysis related to HR/People, and understanding the significance of data hygiene.
