About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead our Spanish organic growth strategy and drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies to drive organic growth
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities and grow our active user base
  • Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract high volumes of visitors
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation
  • Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors
  • Set clear targets and ensure the team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard- and soft-skill level
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inbound Marketing Director who is fluent in both Spanish and English. You should have a strong track record of achievement, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of SEO, CRM, and customer journey management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
