  • Team Management: Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Performance Metrics and Budget Management: Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure that market goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English: You must be fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with our team and customers.
  • Experience in Inbound Marketing: Previous experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage the team and external suppliers.
  • Deep Knowledge of SEO: Strong track record of achievement in SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, acquisition tactics, and CRM and customer journey management.
  • Drive and Results-Oriented: Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Initiative and Growth Mindset: Initiative and growth mindset to continuously analyze the market and implement new ideas and opportunities.
