About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead our Spanish market strategy and drive organic growth for Factorial HR.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inbound marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, content promotion, and team management.

As Inbound Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue growth in the Spanish market.

You will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve market goals.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

They will also have a strong bias for action, be results-oriented, and have a growth mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue growth in the Spanish market
