Job Title: Inbound Marketing Director Spain

We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Director to drive the organic growth of Factorial for the Spanish Market.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies with your team.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities to grow our active user base.
  • Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and others to attract a high volume of visitors.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers of the market.
  • Work alongside the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure that market goals are met.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Previous working experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achievement.
  • Deep knowledge about SEO, CRM, and customer journey management.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented.
  • Initiative and growth mindset.
  • Strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team.
  • Analytical rigor.
