About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead our organic growth strategy in Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue through the development and implementation of SEO actions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to implement SEO actions and strategies, including keyword research, link-building, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs, overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops, to ensure market goals are met.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success in inbound marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a growing company.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, link-building, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • You are a results-driven individual with a bias for action, able to foster a competitive and results-driven mentality in your team.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, able to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.
