The Role:
We are seeking an Inbound Marketing Director to spearhead the organic growth of Factorial for the Spanish market. Organic channels have been the primary acquisition channels for Factorial since its inception. Our team creates valuable content for small and medium-sized companies on topics such as people and organizational management. This content includes blog posts, webinars, tools, guides, ebooks, and videos that capture the attention of a growing pipeline of HR managers. With time and nurturing, these relationships trigger sales conversations and new customers for Factorial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Spanish organic inbound strategy to drive significant growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement SEO actions and strategies.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities outside of existing business lines to grow our active user base.
  • Design and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other platforms to attract a high volume of visitors.
  • Monitor campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, linkbuilding agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Set clear targets and ensure the Spanish inbound marketing team is constantly pushing themselves to grow in both hard and soft skills.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, and acquisition tactics.
  • CRM and customer journey management, including funnel optimization, nurturing, scoring, and more.
  • Drive, tenacity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and a growth mindset.
  • A strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in the team.
  • Analytical rigor and the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.
