About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead the organic growth of Factorial for the Spanish market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Spanish organic inbound marketing strategy to drive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketers to develop and implement SEO actions and strategies.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities to grow our active user base.
  • Develop and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract a high volume of visitors.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, linkbuilding agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Set clear targets and ensure the Spanish inbound marketing team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard and softskill level.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page and off-page optimization, acquisition tactics, CRM, and customer journey management.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and growth mindset.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in the team.
