About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead our organic growth efforts in Spain. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs, overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Set clear targets and ensure the team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard- and soft-skill level.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, and acquisition tactics.
  • CRM and customer journey management experience, including funnel optimization, nurturing, scoring, and more.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong bias for action and ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in the team.
  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.
