The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to drive the organic growth of Factorial for the Spanish market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to increase website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities and develop tactics to grow our active user base.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs, overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, setting clear targets and ensuring continuous growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market goals are met.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inbound Marketing Director with a strong track record of achievement. You should have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, CRM, and customer journey management.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action.
