Inbound Marketing Director for Spanish Market Growth

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to drive the organic growth of Factorial for the Spanish market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to increase website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO actions and strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop content promotion tactics to attract a high volume of visitors.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs, overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, and freelancers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.
Your Profile
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achievement, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and results.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, CRM, and customer journey management.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action and a competitive mentality.
