**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Director to lead the organic growth of our Spanish market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a Spanish organic inbound marketing strategy to drive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve market goals.
  • Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, and freelancers.
  • Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract a high volume of visitors.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign ROI and brand KPIs, and oversee the marketing budget and resource allocation.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achievement, including greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page and off-page optimization, and acquisition tactics.
  • CRM and customer journey management experience, including funnel optimization, nurturing, and scoring.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action and a competitive, results-driven mentality.
  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Entrepreneur mindset, with high energy and a business-hungry attitude.
