  • Set clear targets and ensure the Spanish inbound marketing team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard- and soft-skill level
  • Work alongside the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Previous working experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions
  • Deep knowledge about SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, acquisition tactics, and CRM and customer journey management
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset
  • Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in the team
  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives
