Inbound Marketing Director for Spanish Market

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Marketing Director to lead the organic growth of Factorial HR for the Spanish market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take ownership of the Spanish organic inbound strategy and implementation to drive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
  • Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies with your team to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities outside of existing business lines to grow our active user base.
  • Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract a high volume of visitors.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Set clear targets and ensure the Spanish inbound marketing team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard- and soft-skill level.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Previous working experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, acquisition tactics, and CRM and customer journey management.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team.
  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.
