Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at Zynga in Spain. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the achievement of our goals.
  • Lead the integration and implementation of new people processes and policies, ensuring seamless onboarding and administration.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle framework, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, learning and development, social activities, and reward cycles.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, CoEs, Business Operations, and teams across Zynga to support the successful rollout or evolution of processes and policies.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local and global employment laws, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the organization.
  • Collaborate with global, distributed HR teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize surveys and people data to inform recommendations for new interventions and projects, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resources, within a managerial position, leading one or more HR functions/teams.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment law compliance.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to connect and provide support at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, distributed HR teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven analysis related to HR/People.
