Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement HR Programs: Create and implement innovative HR programs and solutions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our business goals.
- Employee Relations and Communications: Foster positive employee relations, ensuring that all employees feel supported and empowered to contribute to our success.
- HR Operations and Analytics: Oversee HR operations, including HR analytics and metrics, to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- International HR Expertise: Provide guidance on international HR best practices, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
