We're on the hunt for a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our ZeptoCulture and drive business success. As our new HR Director, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing innovative HR programs, collaborating with our dedicated HR team, and serving as a trusted partner for managers, stakeholders, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the HR team, fostering growth and effectiveness.
- Develop and improve learning and development programs for managers, focusing on skill-building and leadership development.
- Design and implement solutions to tackle key HR challenges, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- Create an HR and People Strategy aligned with our business goals, leveraging HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Oversee HR functions across countries, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Leverage HR automation tools and AI technology to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Proven experience leading teams of five or more, promoting teamwork, and achieving outstanding results.
- Expertise in major HR areas, including Recruitment, L&D, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- At least 2-3 years in HR Business Partner, HR Lead, or HR Director roles, with a total of at least 8 years in Human Resources.
- Experience working in international and multicultural tech companies with 60-300 employees (EU experience a plus).
- Fluency in English and Russian for effective communication.
- Ability to challenge the norm, drive change, and make a meaningful impact.
- Experience setting OKRs and strategic goals for the HR department.
