Our client, a leading multinational in its industry with headquarters in Barcelona, is seeking a passionate professional to join their leadership team as a Corporate HR Director.
About the RoleThe Corporate HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's vision and goals in a global scope.
- Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
- Oversee employee relations to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive succession planning and organizational development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate HR strategies with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; HR master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, within a multinational organization leading a team of more than 5 people.
- Understanding of labor laws and employee relations practices.
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
