Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at ZeptoLab. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing our vibrant ZeptoCulture.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and Support the HR Team: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Develop and Implement Learning and Development Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Improve HR Processes and Systems: Analyze and optimize HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee HR Functions: Ensure that all HR functions are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Use HR Analytics and Metrics: Use data and analytics to inform HR decisions and drive business results.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in HR Leadership: Proven experience in leading HR teams and developing HR strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR Functions: In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, motivation and recognition, performance management, and HR operations.
  • International Experience: Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to drive business results.
