Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR Director to lead and enhance our HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee experience, and strategic HR business partnerships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and will be a strategic partner to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Employee Experience
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
  • Strategic HR Business Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, managers, and employees
    • Provide HR expertise and guidance to support business decisions and drive business outcomes
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, and strategic HR business partnerships
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business results through HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Russian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in international and multicultural companies, with a strong understanding of global HR practices
  • Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
  • Experience in the game development industry, with a strong understanding of the industry's culture and trends
