Robert Walters Spain is seeking an experienced Strategic SCADA Software Growth Manager to join their team in Spain. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to develop and execute a high-growth strategy for SCADA software across the EMEA region.

They specialize in creating energy-efficient systems and solutions across various sectors including industrial automation, building automation, telecom power, data center infrastructure, EV charging, renewable energy, and energy storage.

About the Role

As the Strategic SCADA Software Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to exceed targets. Your role will focus on creating and implementing annual business plans, achieving budget goals, and supporting sub-regions to grow their SCADA software businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive 5-year high-growth strategies for SCADA software in the EMEA region, create and implement annual business plans, and achieve annual budget targets.
  • Business Development: Cultivate direct customer relationships, strengthen channel partner networks, and lead sales teams to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
  • Promotion and Representation: Promote SCADA software solutions at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events, and collaborate with the wider organization to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the SCADA software market in Europe, in-depth understanding of SCADA software and its applications, and proven track record of successful SCADA software business performance.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 10 years of experience in SCADA software sales within Europe, experience with leading SCADA software brands, strong skills in sales, business development, and account management, and demonstrated success in direct and indirect customer/partner development and growth.
  • Education and Communication: Advanced degree in software engineering, control automation, or a related field, excellent English communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
