At Fever, we're seeking a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual to join our team as a Market Strategy Manager. This role involves building an onboarding strategy for the Business Development team, working on strategic projects to boost performance worldwide, and collaborating with diverse teams across markets and regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Key responsibilities include enhancing company performance, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives for the Business Development team, designing and executing a structured onboarding program, partnering with Business Development leadership to identify key learning goals and performance metrics, driving the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions, and collaborating with teams spanning numerous markets and regions.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences, work in a location in the heart of Madrid, home-office friendly environment, health insurance, flexible remuneration, English lessons, free food, drink, and fruit at the office, and possibility to receive part of your salary in advance through Payflow.

If you're degree-qualified, have strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on your curious, detail-oriented, analytical mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll need 5 years of experience in operations, training and development, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms, and a proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and pursuing opportunities while effectively addressing challenges.
