Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SCADA software business growth strategist to lead the development and execution of high-growth strategies for SCADA software across the EMEA region. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive 5-year plans, achieving annual budget targets, and driving business growth through direct customer relationships and channel partner networks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive 5-year high-growth strategy plan for SCADA software in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives. Create and implement an annual business plan for SCADA software, achieving and surpassing annual budget targets.
  2. Business Development: Cultivate and expand direct customer relationships for SCADA software, strengthen and grow SCADA software channel partner networks, and lead and coach sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve business goals.
  3. Promotion and Representation: Promote SCADA software solutions at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events, and collaborate with the wider organization to drive SCADA software business growth.

Requirements:

Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the SCADA software market in Europe, in-depth understanding of SCADA software and its applications, and proven track record of successful SCADA software business performance.

Experience and Skills: At least 10 years of experience in SCADA software sales within Europe, experience with leading SCADA software brands, strong skills in sales, business development, and account management, demonstrated success in direct and indirect customer/partner development and growth, familiarity with automation products, systems, and solutions.

Education and Communication: Advanced degree in software engineering, control automation, or a related field, excellent English communication skills, leadership qualities with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
